Cash Technologies Subsidiary And Milliman Sign Bilateral Marketing Agreement

LOS ANGELES – December 19, 2005 – Cash Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: TQ) announced today that its subsidiary, Heuristic Technologies, Inc., has signed a Bilateral Marketing Agreement with Milliman, Inc., a leading international consulting firm that provides services to the healthcare and financial services industries.

Under the three-year non-exclusive agreement, the parties have agreed to make available each other’s products and services to existing and prospective clients

John Phelan , Ph.D., a Technology and Management Consultant in Milliman’s Hartford office, stated, “Heuristic and Milliman share a common objective – to increase security and regulatory compliance options available to healthcare organizations while improving operating efficiencies and reducing costs.
